Guia Quatro Rodas mentions it as one of the best attractions of Brazil. The Guardian Journal/England says it is the best foreign destination for the UK. The World Network (CNN USA) classifies it as one of the 14 most romantic destinations. TourFilm Brazil Art&Tur from Barcelos/Portugal, among other, also make note of it. All of this only in the last two years.

Located on the Parana River in Foz do Iguassu, the Itaipu Hydroelectric Plant became a world reference in the use of river water to generate electricity, with social and environmental responsibility.

Bird Park

The Bird Park is located close the Iguassu National Park. It covers an area of native forest of 17 hectares, of which 4.5 are used for the structure of the Park and nursery to animals.
